- What is an InterPaid card ?

An InterPaid card is a MasterCard account (16 digits number) with an expiry date which can be used in any website accepts MasterCard or via Phone and fax to make a payment.  

 

- What is an Internet Prepaid Disposable card ?

It is a kind of MasterCard account can be used in the internet websites these cards are disposable and is valid for minimum 6 months. 

 

- How can I get an InterPaid prepaid card ?

To purchase the InterPaid Prepaid card fill the required form, one of our representatives will contact you and pass the required information to you or simply vsit one of our agencies in your location. 

 

- How much is required to pay for an InterPaid card ?

Depending on the value of the cards it may vary. You can find the details of InterPaid prepaid cards here. If you deside to get a phisical card you should pay a $10 shipping charge. Otherwise for digital online delivery this charge is not applicable. 

 

- May I reload money into my InterPaid prepaid card ?

No, the InterPaid cards are designed to be sold as non-reloadable cards which can secure your privacy and security.

 

- How should I pay for my InterPaid card fee ?

It’s very easy just fill out the online form and send a copy of bank transfer receipt to us. Also you can pay by paypal, stormpay, moneyorder, personal checks. Our representatives will contact you for payment arrangements. 

 

- How can I check my account status ?

You can fill the online form and your account balance will email to you. 

 

- How can I use my InterPaid card for online payments ?

Choose the ‘credit card’ payment option

Select ‘MasterCard’ as the card type

Correctly enter your 16 digit e-commerce card Account number

Correctly enter your CVC2 number if required

Correctly enter the expiration date

Correctly enter your name. (If your card is prepaid you should enter “ Prepaid” as your name.) 

 

- What happen if someone steals my card ?

In this case you should request to cancel your account immediately via email or phone.

We will cancel your card, process a new one and transfer the remaining amount to your new account. The process fee will be debited from your account. All the responsibilities for the transactions before cancellation of account will remain to account holder. 

 

- Can I withdraw cash from my account ?

No. Your card can only be used in the internet and no ATM accepts your card so you can’t. 

 

- What happen to my remaining amount in my account if I want cancel it ?

If you cancel your account the subscription fee will not refund but your account’s available to spend can be moved into another card. No cash refund will be issued to you anyway. 

 

- I try my card in website and it declines my card, what’s the problem ?

Some sites (e.g. Net2phone) prefers for the first use or for confirmation to require from the cardholder to contact the operator in order to accept this payment mode. Please contact the operator of the site (it is either a free call or a collect call), you were logging to and follow the instructions. Should you face any other problem?

a) Check your balance statement (follow your provider instructions).

b) Check that the amount needed is available i.e. that the site does not have any hidden fees.

c) Check that the site does not charge you recurrent fees i.e. weekly, monthly, etc. fees.

Check that you have specified the correct expiry date. 

 

- Why sometimes the payment rejects but it does not apply to account balance status ?

It will. Many websites as their policy keep the amount of payment in pending to be sure about the purchase and shipping of the merchandise and this amount hasn’t debited your card absolutely but you can’t use it, too. At time that the amount will be debited to your account or rejected for surely you will be updated into your account status. How ever it may take few days til the merchant clears the situation.

 

- I tried my card on website and they accept it but after while they emailed me that my card declines. What’s the problem ?

You should know that many website merchants process is “ batch authorization”. It means that they get a group of orders and then send to credit card companies for authority. So if there was any problem they will find it some later after accepting your card and email you to report declining of your card. 

 

- If a website accepts returning of the merchandise already shipped, will payment refund into my account ?

Yes, if the policy of the mentioned site is to accept returning of merchandises or services the amount will credit to your card by them. There may be some reductions for shipping and handling or processes.
